SaaS Platform · Studio Management
Studio Sentry
I'm building Studio Sentry as a sector-agnostic studio management platform — dance, yoga,
pilates, martial arts, music, arts & crafts, any studio that takes on students with
instructors. It ships in two forms: a WordPress plugin for studios that already have a
site, and a fully hosted SaaS platform at studiosentry.com for studios that want everything
under one roof. The plugin is the funnel; the SaaS is the upsell.
Built for non-technical studio owners — the benchmark is a 40-year studio owner who shouldn't
need a developer to run her business. What's in it: a class and session manager with semester
awareness; a three-state registration system (pre-registration, full registration, closed)
with parent reminder automation that fires on a scheduled date; dancer and family profiles
with full registration history; events & closures with ICS generation and Google
Calendar / Maps deep-linking; an admin dashboard built around what owners actually look at
every morning; CSV import and export to bridge with existing systems; class and event
management with venue, capacity, age filtering and duplicate detection; editable email
templates with merge tags and live preview; complete email logging on every send; a contact
form with rate limiting and honeypot spam protection; and configurable business rules so the
studio owner never has to touch code.

SaaS · Email Archiving
Arc Mail by Dot Com Technologies
DCTArcMail™ is the web-based email archiving platform I built end to end at dctarcmail.com.
It takes raw email — IMAP, POP3, or local PST file exports — parses every message, indexes
every word, threads conversations, preserves attachments, and gives an organization
instant, browser-based access to years of communications through a familiar mail-client
interface running in the browser.
What's in it: IMAP and POP3 import directly from live mail servers, plus local PST and
Maildir file import for archives that already live on disk; full-text search across every
archived inbox with advanced search filters by sender, recipient, subject, date range,
keywords in message bodies, and attachment presence; the ability to search inside a single
mailbox or across every mailbox at once; JWT authentication with MFA / TOTP support
(Google Authenticator and similar); role-based access so users only see the inboxes they
are assigned; resilient processing with automatic resume on archives of any size; and
custom white-label branding — every deployment carries the client's logo and domain, not
mine. Currently archiving 98,000+ emails across 27 inboxes with sub-second search.

YouTube Gallery by Dot Com Technologies
A plugin I built to embed a YouTube channel directly on any website — WordPress, Shopify,
Squarespace, or hand-rolled — with auto-updating grid layouts, Shorts in portrait, playlist
mode with an inline player, and a visual shortcode builder. New uploads appear automatically.
The whole point was to give people a real channel showcase on their own site without the
standard embed looking like a 2014 afterthought.

A dynamic site header and footer plugin I built so a single, brand-consistent navigation and
footer can live across pages without rebuilding them by hand. Responsive out of the box,
mobile drawer behavior built in, and styled through tokens so it adapts to whatever site
it's dropped into.

Booking Platform by Dot Com Technologies
A managed scheduling platform I built to live inside a client's own website instead of
shipping visitors off to a third-party booking page. The booking flow opens in a sleek
modal layout sitewide so visitors never leave the page, with a standalone token-gated
booking page also available for email signatures and campaigns. Confirmation emails come
from your domain through fully customizable email templates, and topic-aware messaging
sends service-specific prep content based on what the visitor selected — different topic,
different message, automatically. Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings are created through
the APIs, and bookings sync both directions with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365.
Reschedules and cancellations preserve the same Zoom join URL so the original confirmation
email keeps working.

Forms by Dot Com Technologies
A WordPress plugin I built originally for drtarasalay.com to handle their HIPAA-compliant
patient intake. Off-the-shelf form plugins couldn't clear the bar for what was being
collected, so I wrote one that could — secure submission handling, hardened against the
usual form-spam and injection patterns, with the audit trail and storage practices the
use case actually demanded. It's since become a reusable piece I deploy on other sites
that need real form security, not just a reCAPTCHA badge.

Sole Provisions
In 2012 Sole Provisions was a warehouse-with-a-window operation on Long Island, running a 3dcart
site tied into a StoneEdge ERP. By 2014 they were selling on Amazon FBM and FBA — which meant I
had to build custom inventory and fulfillment workflows and integrate them into Monsoon Retail
to keep Seller Standards in good shape. That groundwork is what made the 2015 acquisitions of
Benjamin Lovell Shoes and Allen's Shoes (operating since 1906) actually viable.
The move off StoneEdge and Monsoon was the critical inflection point. Outside the view of any
IT professional, they picked Celerant Retail to fill the gap — and yes, a lot of time and money
went into modifications. I planned and implemented the extranet across every store: POS
integrations, cross-store inventory visibility, cross-store fulfillment, EDI integration for
the buying team, and PO creation at POS straight into SPS Commerce. By 2022 the operation
spanned 20 brick-and-mortar stores across six states with online running on Shopify and
Celerant as the ERP backbone.

Standard Coin Holdings
This one isn't just the site. I'm building the stablecoin itself on Solana and walking through
every legal and compliance hoop that comes with it — KYC, AML, satisfying the Howey Test, the
lot. Alongside the public site I built a custom task manager for the internal team to track
workflows and stay on point while we work through the regulatory process. The site is the
public-facing piece, but the real work is the architecture and the paperwork behind it.

Client Intelligence Center (CIC) · MSP Operating System
Client Intelligence Center by Dot Com Technologies
The CIC is the operational hub I built to manage every aspect of the MSP business — sales,
operations, service delivery, compliance, billing, cybersecurity, and client management,
all consolidated into a single platform. It's the system I run my own business on, which
is the reason it actually has to work. The first version started as spreadsheets in 1997,
moved to a secure HTML/CGI portal in 2000, and is now in its third major rewrite as a
full-stack web application with role-based dashboards, audit logging, OAuth-based SSO for
Google and Microsoft, and direct integrations into everything else I run.
What's in it:
- Business Operations Dashboard — centralized command center with real-time visibility into company performance, client activity, service delivery, and operational metrics; personalized dashboards by user role.
- Calendar & Task Management — integrated task system synced with Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace; unified view of appointments, projects, deadlines, and scheduled activities with automated reminders and workflow triggers.
- Lead & Sales Management — direct integration with the website booking and lead capture forms; full funnel tracking from prospect through customer conversion; pipeline forecasting, opportunity tracking, and follow-up automation.
- Merchant Services & Financial Management — fully integrated payment processing, invoice generation, virtual payment terminal, automated payment reminders, recurring billing and subscription management, payment history, revenue reporting, and financial analytics.
- Privacy & Compliance Center — centralized privacy policy management, state-specific compliance tracking, DSAR (data subject access request) handling, compliance workflows for state and federal privacy regulations, audit trails and reporting.
- Vendor Management System — relationship management, contract and renewal tracking, SPA / RFI / RFP / RFQ workflows, vendor performance and cost analysis.
- Product & Service Management — central repository for every product and service, vendor catalog management, automated and customizable pricing and margin calculations, quote builder, proposal generation, service package management, cost and profitability analysis.
- Marketing & Communications — newsletter platform, email template management, campaign tracking and analytics, client communication history, marketing automation.
- Licensing & Subscription Management — license server, issuance and activation tracking, subscription monitoring, renewal management, software entitlement, usage and compliance reporting.
- Device & Asset Management — client device inventory, hardware lifecycle tracking, asset assignment and warranty monitoring, endpoint visibility, remote management integration.
- Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC) — centralized threat intelligence dashboard; monitoring across Managed EDR, MDR, ITDR, and SIEM services; security incident tracking and response; vulnerability and risk monitoring; client security posture reporting; compliance and audit reporting.
- AI-Powered Client Intelligence Engine — automated client technology profile creation; discovery and mapping of client technology stacks; identification of security gaps and vulnerabilities; workflow and process optimization recommendations; software licensing analysis; SLA compliance evaluation; infrastructure maturity scoring; AI-driven recommendations for additional services and operational improvements.
The strategic intent: a complete MSP operating system that's a single source of truth for
clients, services, finances, compliance, cybersecurity, and operations. Through automation,
AI-driven insights, and deep system integrations, Dot Com Technologies can deliver
proactive, scalable managed services with full operational visibility and the kind of
margin discipline you can't get from a stitched-together stack of point tools.

DCT Client Portal · Client-Facing Half of the Platform
DCT Client Portal (DCT-CP) by Dot Com Technologies
DCT-CP is the client-facing companion to the Client Intelligence Center — the surface
clients actually log into. Mobile-first, in perpetual growth since 2002, designed around
the principle that clients should see exactly what's happening with their security,
endpoints, and billing without having to email anyone to find out.
What's in it:
- Unified Security Dashboard — live security posture pulled from the CIC's CSOC layer; threat indicators, incident status, and the same EDR / MDR / ITDR / SIEM signals that drive the back office, presented in a format a client can actually read.
- Hybrid SSO Identity Layer — multi-platform OAuth with a single token store shared across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, refresh handling, scope governance, and reCAPTCHA v3 across every auth surface. Two access tiers — primary account holder and end user — drive what each person sees.
- Audit-Logged Remote Sessions — when a client needs help, the support session is initiated through DCT-CP with a legal waiver framework, audit trail, and consent flow built in. There's no responsible way to do remote access at scale without one.
- Endpoint Visibility — the client's devices, their lifecycle state, warranty status, who's assigned to what, surfaced from the CIC's device and asset management layer.
- Billing & Subscription Self-Service — invoices, payment history, recurring subscriptions, and license entitlements visible from the same panel where they manage everything else. Stripe-powered, no separate billing portal.
- AI Governance Surface — clients see, in plain language, what AI is doing on their behalf, what data it can touch, and which outputs were reviewed before shipping. The policy framework I wrote internally is exposed to clients here so they can verify it without having to ask.
DCT-CP and the CIC are two views of the same underlying system — the CIC is what I see
when I run the business; DCT-CP is what the client sees when they want to know what's
going on. Same data, same source of truth, presented for two very different audiences.
